Muscular male or sexy female body. ‘Hard’ refers to an in-shape even shapely body form, not flabby. Typically refers to  younger people with more youthful bodies in good athletic form but can refer to any people who are ‘body builders’ have hard, muscular bodies. Can also imply sexy.
