I took a poll of a cross section of my readers, an analysis that cut across the spectrum; and I discovered (crossing my fingers) that I may have crossed the line with too many typos.
Now, don’t get cross at me just because you came across these errors. They were accidental, cross my heart, they were not a test of my reader’s grammar abilities…or were they?
Somehow, my wires were crossed when typing. It happens you know. I should have crossed-out the mistakes and edited them. But it never crossed my mind that I needed to dot every “I” and cross every “t”.
Some feel that they were double-crossed by my mistakes. So now I’m at a crossroads as to how to prevent such errors in the future.
But as my grandpa liked to say, you can cross that bridge when you come to it! With that I bid you goodbye until next time. Keep your fingers crossed I succeed.
